Photographer. Writer. Husband. Father.

Philadelphian since 1998 (save for a year in Spain)
Artist since I could hold a crayon.
Photographer since all my crayons ran out.

I taught for thirteen years, but itched to work at something more creative, something with a more tangible product. In teaching, you learn a lot about how to harness personality for the greatest creative potential, and in photography, I think the same is true: the best images speak directly to and about whom or what is being shown.

I relish the opportunity and challenge of meeting new people and places through the lens, and capturing who and what they are.
